What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard private label MOQ starts at just 100 units for bottled capsules, Shilajit jars, and gummies. Bulk raw extracts start at 5 kg. Custom formulations start at 500 units.
How fast are evaluation sample kits dispatched?
Physical sample kits are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours via DHL Express. Delivery to USA, UK, Canada, and EU countries typically takes 3 to 5 business days with full online tracking.
Do you provide complete private labeling and OEM?
Yes! We offer end-to-end turnkey OEM solutions including custom bottle/jar selection, custom outer mono-carton boxes, metallic foil label printing, and bilingual EU/UK/US regulatory compliant labeling.
What payment terms and incoterms do you accept?
